What if Mother dairy introduced a new packaging for it's breads?

The previous packaging did its job, but it blended into the shelf without creating a memorable connection. We saw an opportunity to transform it into something more expressive by celebrating the people who make bread a part of their everyday lives. From children rushing to school with sandwiches to parents preparing breakfast and grandparents enjoying their morning toast, bread brings generations together in different ways.

We reimagined the packaging with a vibrant, character-led identity inspired by everyday Indian mornings. Playful illustrations, bold typography, and a fresh color palette turn the pack into a visual story that feels warm, familiar, and instantly recognizable. The result is a design that not only stands out on the shelf but also reflects the joy, comfort, and shared moments that begin with a simple loaf of bread.
